Joshua is an attorney in the Indianapolis office and a member of the firm's Business Litigation and White Collar Crime practice groups.  Joshua's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white collar criminal defense.  Joshua's litigation practice encompasses a broad range of litigation that has included contract disputes; business torts; shareholder derivative litigation; fiduciary duty litigation; corporate governance disputes; government investigations; internal investigations; and white collar criminal defense.  Joshua has represented a wide array of clients in State and Federal court, as well as in matters involving criminal and regulatory investigations.  Joshua has also represented clients in matters before the Indiana Medical Licensing Board.   

Joshua earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  While in law school, Joshua served as an associate editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.  Joshua also authored a law review note that was published and awarded as the  2013-2014 "Best Student Note" and "Best Thesis."  Joshua also had the privilege of serving as a full-time judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, during his 2L summer of law school.  Joshua earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2011, with distinction.
