Kate focuses her practice in estate planning, probate administration and fiduciary litigation in the firm’s Estate Planning Department. Kate also specializes in environmental compliance, permitting and enforcement issues for industrial, commercial and governmental clients as part of the firm’s Economic Development Department.

Kate earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in 2008 and graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2012 with a graduate certificate in environmental and natural resource law. Her education provided her with several opportunities to gain more legal experience in the Hoosier state, including stints with the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and the IUPUI Athletic Department’s NCAA Compliance Department.
