As a member of the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources practice group, Kelly's practice at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP involves consulting with and representing firm corporate clients with respect to a broad range of state and federal environmental law compliance, permitting and litigation issues, including issues relating to air emissions, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater treatment.
