Mark is a partner in the Louisville office and is a member of the Estate Planning and Business Services Departments. Mark concentrates his practice on business succession, estate planning and estate administration for individuals, families and businesses. As an estate planner, he develops and implements plans for the preservation of family harmony and wealth that maximize the transfer of wealth from generation to generation, including the creative use of life insurance and charitable giving, and the preparation of tax efficient wills and trusts. Mark advises clients on business continuity matters, including plans for the reorganization or recapitalization of business interests, the use of life insurance for buy-out or retirement purposes, and the transfer of business wealth through planned giving. Mark and members of the Firm cover these matters in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio and Florida.
