Mark Molter is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Department, where he represents individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in commercial disputes involving breach of contract claims, fiduciary liability, tort claims, premises liability, employment disputes and more. He also has experience providing counsel to privately held businesses on select corporate and employment matters, predominantly in the agribusiness industry. His broad range of experience includes all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, dispute resolution, and appellate briefing.

Raised on a farm in Newton County, Indiana, Mark practiced law in Boston before returning to the Hoosier State. His rural upbringing has shaped the way he practices law, recognizing that clients demand hard work and value from their counsel.
