Michael Griffiths is an attorney in the firm’s Indianapolis office. He has extensive experience with energy and utility regulation at the federal and state level including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He advises clients on a broad range of issues including ratemaking, financing, project certification/approval, energy transportation and compliance, wholesale contracts, and service territories. Michael also has substantial experience in general corporate matters including contract, tax, mergers, and other transactional issues. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel for ProLiance Energy, LLC.
