Nana has extensive appellate court experience, and has handled many significant appeals, including G&N Aircraft v. Boehn, Ammerman v. Ford and Meyer v. Shell, to name a few. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to represent both individuals and corporations in appeals that have helped to shape Indiana law on a variety of subjects, including punitive damages, medical malpractice, statute of limitations, minority shareholders rights and derivative actions, products liability, negligence, class actions and various procedural topics. Nana also served as chair of the Oversite Committee of the Appellate Section of the Indiana State Bar Association that formulated the New Indiana Appellate Rules that were approved by the Indiana Supreme Court.
