Peggy represents numerous publicly and privately held corporations in U.S. and international transactions. She has over 25 years of experience working with manufacturing and service corporations in corporate and commercial matters.

Peggy regularly advises boards of directors and executives on employment agreements and executive compensation matters. She also works extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, product distribution, real estate leasing, advertising contracts, endorsements and licensing and international law.
