Overview

Raja is the Chair of the Banking Practice Group, and he has a multidisciplinary practice that concentrates on commercial real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, general contract and business law. He regularly negotiates and documents for financings, leases, corporate formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and a broad array of commercial agreements and business documents.

Raja assists clients ranging from relatively small start-up companies to large publicly traded corporations. He counsels clients in a variety of industries, including financial institutions, hotels, retail, software development, senior and post-acute care facilities, healthcare, real estate development, franchising and distribution, restaurant, energy and natural resources and manufacturing.

In addition to his law practice, Raja is an active member of various organizations including The Indian Professional Council, Louisville Bar Association, American Bar Association, Greater Louisville International Professionals and Young Professionals Association of Louisville. Additionally, he is a member of the Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana Board of Directors and the Leadership Lexington Program Class of 2009.
