Roderick H. Morgan, a partner at Bingham Greenebaum Doll, practices in the Firm's Diversified Business Solutions Team and is a member of the Corporate Services and Government Departments. He is a retired Army Judge Advocate General and has served as legal advisor to political and military leaders and as an associate Professor of Law. Mr. Morgan has over 32 years of legal experience as a litigator in criminal, civil and administrative matters. For the last 19 years his practice has involved representing state and local governmental units as Bond, Underwriter and Issuer counsel on a multitude of complex tax-exempt and taxable bond issues. He has co-authored several textbooks and publications on constitutional, administrative and business law. He has authored several articles about Diversity and Inclusion. Mr. Morgan is President of the Indiana State Bar Association and is past president chairman of the board for the Indianapolis Black Chamber of Commerce.
