Scott has over 30 years of experience in litigation and trial practice. He concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, including: corporate governance and shareholder disputes; breaches of fiduciary duties and other corporate disputes among directors, officers, shareholders and employees; covenant not to compete and trade secret actions; commercial fraud claims; representing both plaintiffs and defendants in class actions; bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights and workout matters, as well as a variety of uniform commercial code, contract and business tort disputes.
