Stan Ernest has more than 35 years of experience representing energy companies, business owners and individuals. From consulting on transactions between landowners and energy companies, appearing before administrative agencies, advising business owners in the development of an effective succession or exit plan, to asset protection, estate planning and wealth transfer strategies for high net worth clients, Mr. Ernest combines knowledge, experience and passion to resolve complex business and personal challenges. Mr. Ernest is a Vietnam Veteran and a Retired Captain in the United States Navy Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
