Overview

Tandy is a member of the firm's Partnership Board, a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, and a member of the Economic Development Department. She also serves on the firm’s diversity committee. Tandy helps her clients solve business challenges. With 39 years of diverse and extensive experience in commercial real estate, her practice focuses on leasing, purchase and sale, development, financing and structuring of commercial real estate, including retail, office, mixed use, warehouse and multi-family projects, with a particular emphasis on shopping center development and retail leasing. She is the current Chair of the Kentucky Horse Park Commission, a lifelong horse owner, breeder and exhibitor, and represents various horse owners and breeders from several states.
