Buck is a primary member of the Business Services Department, secondarily of the Real Estate Practice Group and was formerly Chair of the Finance and Development Practice Group. His practice focus in these groups is upon commercial and real estate lending and secured transactions representing both borrowers and lenders and upon real estate titles and development.

Buck has served for the last 10 years as General Counsel to Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and its predecessor, Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC. Prior to that, he advised for many years on ethical and conflict issues and has acted as a defense expert witness in malpractice litigation. He has experience in law firm mergers and in the transitioning of departing and arriving attorneys including file and records transfer, retention and destruction, as well as in issues arising out of attorney misconduct.
