Labor Management Relations
Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP’s Labor Management Relations team focuses on the area of “traditional” labor relations involving the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and union-related activities. We assist clients throughout the United States in the areas of union avoidance, labor contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, strike management and court litigation.
Our attorneys work closely with employers throughout the election process to help them achieve their business goals. We assist employers in all aspects of negotiating labor contracts, ranging from rendering advice to taking the lead in negotiations. We also represent employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB and, when appropriate, the federal courts.
Our attorneys can also assist employers confronted with picketers or strikers. Management training seminars are provided to enable supervisors to handle thorny union-related issues.
